About Dani
I am embracing my fifties, married
and live with my family in Swindon since 2005.
Before that I lived in Germany where I was born.
I live, love, tussle and grow in a
cross-cultural marriage since 1999.

People and their stories have always been my passion.
I always had this deep impression that 'being with' people, coming alongside others is part of my DNA, my main purpose in life.
But I also had to grow into that.
Counselling has helped me a long way to become the person I believe I was made to be.
I had to look at my wounds
and give them care, space and time to heal.
I guess I keep on becoming a 'wounded healer'

"Nobody escapes being wounded. We are all wounded people, whether physically, emotionally, mentally or spiritually. The main question is not: 'how can we hide our wounds?' so we don't have to be embarrassed, but 'How can we put our woundedness in the service of others?' When our wounds cease to be a source of shame, and become a source of healing, we have become wounded healers."

Believing in Jesus is the strong fundament of my life.
I work with clients of any faith or none.
Whether any of this is raised in sessions is entirely in your hands.
